BIOGRAPHY

Métaraph is a multidisciplinary artist based in Barcelona, working across DJing, production, dance, jewellery design and performance. Their practice began in London's underground queer scene in 2017, first as a performer, then as a DJ, and has since developed across a range of disciplines that inform one another rather than staying separate. Since 2018, they have played across Europe and internationally, including a Boiler Room set and performances at Hör Berlin, alongside dates across South and North America, Asia and Australia. They are signed to Bpitch in Berlin, and hold residencies with Ellen Allien's We Are Not Alone, Gegen (Berlin), Club Elastica (Vilnius) and Riktus (Lisbon). Their sound moves between techno, ambient, trance, hard techno and psy, built around sharp rhythm and melodic tension rather than a fixed genre identity. The productions carry a certain rawness and melancholy, shaped by the same interest in vulnerability and transformation that runs through their work across disciplines.
